Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026.

Peeryn is operated by Carrier Grade Inc., 2665 S Bayshore Dr, Miami, FL 33133, United States. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the service. Please also read our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms, and our Privacy Policy, which explains what we hold about you.

1. What the service is

Peeryn gives you access to WireGuard VPN servers. You choose a server and connect with the Peeryn app or a standard WireGuard client using a configuration from your dashboard. We manage the servers and decide which devices are permitted on them.

WireGuard identifies a device by its public key and routes a single address to it. Sharing one configuration across several devices will not work reliably and is not supported. Website plans are sold by device on each selected server. Plans bought in the Peeryn app instead provide the device allowance shown in the app across all Peeryn cities on your account.

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, and use of the Android app is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. These terms govern the Peeryn service and your relationship with us; the store's terms govern your licence to the app and its role in purchases made there.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address, a passkey you register, or Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to those credentials, and for everything done through your account and on the devices you add. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use the service if we are prohibited from providing it to you under applicable law.

3. Prices, trials and billing

Website purchases. Access bought on peeryn.com is charged at the price shown on the site and dashboard at the time of purchase, per device per month on each server you hold. Some private servers also carry a fixed monthly server fee, which is shown before you buy. Website prices are in US dollars.

Website customers may receive a free trial of the length shown at signup, longer if they arrive through an eligible referral link. A payment card is required to start a website trial so the service continues when it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After the trial, we bill monthly in advance through Stripe, which processes the payment and holds your card details. Adding or removing a website-plan device changes your bill from that day, charged pro rata rather than for a whole month.

In-app purchases. The Peeryn app offers monthly, auto-renewable subscription tiers. Each tier provides the number of devices shown on its purchase screen, usable across all Peeryn cities on your account. The app shows the current price in your local store currency before you subscribe. Any store trial or introductory offer applies only when it is displayed on that purchase screen.

Your Apple Account or Google Play payment method is charged when you confirm an in-app purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it, and the store may charge the renewal shortly before or at the end of the current period. The store processes the payment; we do not receive your payment-card details. On iOS, manage or cancel the subscription in Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, manage or cancel it from the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions.

A Peeryn account cannot use a Stripe website plan and an in-app store plan at the same time. If your account already has a website plan, it remains managed and billed on the website; the app will not ask you to buy the same service again.

4. Cancelling

For a website plan billed by Stripe, you can cancel a server, remove devices, or close your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling takes effect immediately: the affected devices stop connecting and their addresses are released. Because website plans are billed pro rata, we do not refund the unused remainder of a period. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

For a subscription bought through the app, cancel through your Apple Account or Google Play, whichever you bought it with. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. The store controls billing and refund decisions. Deleting your Peeryn account or removing the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel it there as well.

If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is settled. Suspension may keep your device records so that restored billing can restore your configurations. When access finally ends, device records are deleted and addresses are released.

5. Company accounts

A company can pay for its people. The company buys a number of device seats, and the people it invites use them without entering payment details of their own.

6. Servers you run yourself

You may run a Peeryn server on your own hardware. If you do:

7. Referral programme

If you take a referral link, you earn a share of what the customers who sign up through it pay, for as long as they remain customers. The rate depends on how much those customers are paying for, and is shown in your dashboard.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. If you breach it we may suspend or terminate your access, and for serious cases we may do so immediately and without notice.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we offer no service level agreement. Servers may be taken out of service, replaced, or moved between providers. If we retire a server you hold, we will move you to another one or stop billing you for it.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email or on this site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. If you do not, you can cancel.

11. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

A VPN changes the route your traffic takes. It is not a guarantee of anonymity and it does not make otherwise unlawful activity lawful.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
