One device
A router counts as one device on your plan, however many things are connected to it.
One set of rules
Everything behind the router follows the same Blocking rules. For different rules per person, use the Peeryn app on that person’s phone or tablet.
Filtering included
Blocking, bedtimes and safe search work on the router too, at no extra cost.
Routers that work
Your router needs a built-in WireGuard VPN client. Most routers from internet providers don’t have one; these do:
- GL.iNet, current models: VPN › WireGuard Client.
- ASUS, recent firmware: VPN › VPN Client › WireGuard.
- Ubiquiti UniFi gateways: Settings › VPN › VPN Client › WireGuard.
- pfSense and OPNsense, with the WireGuard package.
- MikroTik, RouterOS 7.
If yours isn’t listed, a small GL.iNet travel router plugged in behind it does the job.
Set it up
- In your dashboard, add a device called “Router” in the city you want, and download its WireGuard file.
- In your router’s WireGuard client, import that file and switch it on.
- From any device at home, open ip.peeryn.com. It should show your Peeryn city.
